    Great place,
    Good people,
    and it's open later than most other places.
    I like to sit and watch Netflix and check email and get work done in my off time.

    This place is a joke. I've never been to a where they give you a crazy amount of ice on a drink. Look at the picture and see for yourself. This is the worst Starbucks in Laredo.

    Drive thru service very slow and barista at the window lacked the BASIC customer service skills. It's sad when a customer has to coach the employee how to communicate properly when providing a service.

    I'm your typical Starbucks-loving white girl. I was pleasantly surprised to find this Starbucks location when visiting Laredo for a vacation. This place isn't the quickest but what do you expect when they're making coffee? All things that are worth it take a little bit of time, am I right? The staff is friendly and my drink was made perfectly. Definitely coming back here

    Terrible drive thru service. Uncertain why they offer "sparkling" as an option for your drinks because the machine worked one day right after they added it. We go almost every day and ask for a green tea sweet sparkling and without fail I get responded "Sorry ma'am the machine is not working at the moment". Literally for the past year I haven't found "the moment" it DOES work. And then that Condescending smile they give when you remotely dare to ask when it'll be working. So frustrating! If it's offered I expect it to ONE DAY be available.
    Tried McPherson and Loop 20 location.... same thing, "NOT THE MOMENT". But yet travel to ANY San Antonio location and they work. Must be that our local employees just don't want to go through the hassle of fulfilling our orders as we desire. But that condescending smile never, ever fails... I seem to find the right moment for that one all the time.
    Just don't ask for sparkling unless you want "Sorry ma'am not working... (smile... ).
